I'd like to keep track of what I'm doing (dropping BF) but I don't want to post a picture yet. When I've reached my goal, I'd then like to post up a "before and after" one. I'd just like to record my diet, workout, cardio routine and stats on a weekly basis. (Oh, I'm not on gear, that's for when I've reached 10% BF). Do I still post in the members cycle progress one?![]()
