    Determining Protein, Fat, Carbs

When determining how much fats, proteins, and carbs are in each meal, should i also include

    1) The carbs that come from the proteins (For example the carbs in a chicken breast)

    2) the protein that comes from the carbs ( For example the protein in oatmeal.

Or should i only count carb sources as carbs and protein sources as proteins?

Include everything, carbs from protein sources are still carbs, and vice versa.
