high body temp after injection?

Ive bin into the 5th week of my test prop cycle. This morning i did an injection into my thigh again and it really hurt bad when i put the needle in it. Like i hit a nerve or something. So i took the needle out and put it in a other place in the same thigh. Still hurt like hell like i hit a nerve or some sort of scar tissue. But i aspirated and nothing but air so i injected. Now ive bin feeling very warm all day and i have a increased body temp my forehead is sweating and very hot. The site were i injected is not red or swollen but does feel very irritated and i cant hardly walk on my legs. This is normal after leg day and injecting but today it seems worse espiaclly in the site where i injected this morning. Anyone got an idea what it might be?

Id say if your leg is not red and hot to the touch it probably isnt an abcess. An abcess can mean a high temperature, but the fever would get very high and you would feel like you have the flu. I had an abcess and my temperature was up over 100. All you can do now is wait and see what happens to your leg. If it starts to get red and feels hot along with a high body temp see a doctor ASAP.
