Back To Work.....

So, I'm finally done recovering from a nasty motorcycle accident. I haven't been in a full year. I was on a cycle when it happened, and quit cold turkey. Actually, I was on a ventilator so I didn't really get a choice

So, I've been trying to figure out how to "get back into the game." Should I go on cycle, how will my body react, do I start off where I left off, or do I start over from the beginning like I've never touched a dumbbell before?

Any ideas? I've been lurking and searching, and I can't find any info, nor can I think of a good routine to start back in the game again. Anyone got a good routine that I can look at considering I've been out of commission for a year. Incase you wondering how bad the acident was...

from a fellow rider im glad ur back on ur feet...but dont cycle...u will hurt urself cause ur tendons and muscles arent ready for it..i was off from the gym for prob 3 months and now that im back im doin real basic exerscises to get back in the game...now that my strength has gone down though i can really focus on muscle development rather then just throwin up big weight..

I was running in CCS Pro Heavyweight Twins (Ducati 999R.) I highsided and that was that. LOL


Anyways, anyone got a good routine to start off with. I don't even know where to start anymore. I'm thinking back to basics to build mass but I dunno because I didn't loose too much muscle mass (I don't think) but I did gain a bunch of fat.

Gixxer is great... if your going drag racing. Corners man, corners. Nothing outhandles a Ducati in the corners. You may pass me on the straight, but I'll eat you alive in the turns

Bike flipped 9 times, snapped the frame in half, and slid from 153.7 mph to 0 Did I mention on one of the flips it landed ontop of me

yeah, it sucked. I got away cheap with the bike. The hospital bill is 5 times the cost of the bike. Luckily I have health insurance. Well, had, they dropped me once they found out I'm involved in motorcycle racing. Never thought I'd pay $15K for a helicopter ride
