If I train BJJ for six 1 and 1/2 hour sessions per week, do I need to hit the gym. Assume that I train REALLY hard and I'm not interested in symmetry and the BB look. Just, does BJJ, IYO, suffice for a full cardio and strength training workout?

def cardio.
Im not sure on strength.
But overall, doing it that often, that much...I wouldnt worry about the gym.
cuz, strength has to come with it...those guys arent pussies
Lifting to everyone isn't all about being a bodybuilder. To me - it's about keeping myself in shape and staying healthy.
If I wasnt 26, I would be all over BJJ these days, If you're doing that much training, adding gym time in there as well may be overtraining.
