    Lifting while sore.

    Wsup fellas, got another question here. I did arms last friday and my tris are still noticeably sore. If I follow my training regimen correctly then I would be doing Chest tomorrow which is monday. Will there be a negative effect if I go ahead and lift tomorrow even though my tris are sore. I know I will not be able to bench as much due to the weakened tris. Would it be best if I just delay my workouts for a day or what? let me know, thanks.

    Wait. Switch up and do legs or back or something until your tri's aren't sore anymore. You have to give them time to heal!

    yeah, I hate working out while sore because I feel like my workouts are always half-assed and I'd rather just wait an extra day to have a awesome workout. If you don't want to move your schedule around then just do cardio instead.

    Yeah, I wouldnt lift if I am sore. I dont like the mindset of lifting a sore muscle that hasn't recovered yet.
