Wsup fellas, got another question here. I did arms last friday and my tris are still noticeably sore. If I follow my training regimen correctly then I would be doing Chest tomorrow which is monday. Will there be a negative effect if I go ahead and lift tomorrow even though my tris are sore. I know I will not be able to bench as much due to the weakened tris. Would it be best if I just delay my workouts for a day or what? let me know, thanks.
