When I took my avatar picture my abs were pretty good, but more recently they've started to look more like girl abs (just flat, and small shallow cuts). Also my right side has deeper cuts than my left, what do you suggest for me to isolate each side? Also what are some ab exercises to really build mass there(bulky six pack)? My routine for abs at this point is as follows:
Curl Ups (arms at sides off the ground) 3 sets, 45 sec rest in between each set, 15 reps each set
Leg Raises 3 sets, 45 sec rest in between, 15 reps each set
Bicycle Kicks 3 sets 40 reps, 36, reps, 33 reps
Side Crunches 3 sets each side 15 reps
