Can you give me a bit of help please.
I am 50yo and this is my planned system to try and add some mass, the plan is to use this m/w/f for one month to get used to it. After then Cycle of Dbol & Deca and change to Monday Chest/Tri's - Tues back/Bi's - Weds Rest - Thurs Legs/Shou - Fri return to Chest/Tri's then start the next week with Back/Bi's etc. I just can't be sure how it will work until l try it or if to bite the bullet and go for single BP each day![]()
