DHT and acne?

I was recently reading that book "Anabolic Steroids Research Guide vol.1" and i find it amazing, but there are some things i can not understand.
Since most of the steroid side effects occur due to the raised estrogen levels (like gyno and acne), and some DHT derivatives like Proviron and Masteron appear to "block" estrogen receptors, why as stated in the Masteron profile, you can get acne from it? (not stated in the proviron profile though, is it the same for it?) Also is there any sense in taking proviron/masteron with tamoxifen, arimidex or sort of? (As far as i understand things there would be no sense in doing that, since they block estrogen receptors).

I will be pretty happy if someone can answer to these questions. Thank you in advance!

Its not yust estrogen that can give you acne, its androgens as well. All steroids are androgenic.

i got some acne while taking masteron though it was very little compared to test... i did get some...
