Dips worked for me when mine were lagging. Also, bench dips.

Close grip BP but be sure to use strict form (elbows to side of body) otherwise you will get to much chest, l go for skull crushers which works very well for me as it isolate's my tri's and l can realy feel it working.

id have to say dips for def and also frenchpress is good for stretching and pressing, its similar to skulls but better,my favorite tricep mass developers are dumbell pull overs they allow a massive stretch and good contraction try to grip the dumbell on the handle not using the palms,it hits them harder and doesnt put too much pressure on the elbow.jointi did em for 6 months and literally could see growth week after week.i personally never got much from cgbp.

When i do the crushers and close grip bench i can already feel my tri's turning into rocks. I would have to say those two lifts are almost a must.

ez curl overhead extensions, db overhead extensions, cable overhead extensions, pushdowns...all heavy..6 rep max. i've added rediculous mass to my triceps with these.

Skulls and dips give me bad tendonitis in my elbows so I dont do them anymore. Reversed push ups, with you hands on one bench and your feet on the other work great. I do those with a DB in my lap.

Try close grip on a decline and superset that with frenchpress with perfect form.
    That should shock them nicely.

Don't overtrain small muscles, thats my best advice, and also a big mistake alot of people make...Mass comes from diet, go heavy on tri's, lotta volume in 2 core building exercises at most, meaning 4-6 sets on the core builders, no more than 8-11 sets of mass builders...i.e. CGBP, Crushers, Overhead D-bell extensions etc...
