I enjoy pepsi jazz...comes in strawberries in cream and black cherry vanilla or whatever.
I drink like 3 cans a day
got to go with the tried and true diet dr. pepper
i would limit it to 1-2 cans ed
used to be diet mountain dew. then they changed the taste. since then i am undecided.
diet dew or the new STRABERRY JAZZ CREAM STUFF!! f'n PHANOMINAL!
i also drink LOTS of diet lipton green tea n citrus stuff
why limit it?
I drink about 4-6 cans a day and I am still dropping weight.
It has ZERO calories!

diet sunkist, fresca and crystal light are all da BOMB!!
Diet V-8 Splash is pretty damn good if you like fruity, but I usually put ice and some water with it because it is really strong to drink a huge glass of it by itself even with just ice.
I drink a diet sprite every now and then in between my main drink.......................KOOOOOOOOL-AIDE...SUGAR FREE THAT IS...GRAPE![]()
Fanta zero... orange flavorIt's niceeee
good old fashioned Diet Pepsi, Diet Rite soda in the off season since caffiene is not what I want during bulking
Diet mountain dew tastes f*ckin great!
I take calorie free Walden farms chocolate syrup and add it to club soda. It is the best. Unless you can find canned chocolate soda. There are no carbs in the choc syrup either.
I like diet black cherry vanilla diet coke or blue raspberry kool-aid with artificial sweetener.
Crystal Light dude! They now have some Crystal Light On-the-Go packs that are flippin' great...
Black cherry diet coke, or diet cherry vanilla dr pepper

I know what you mean. Instead of coffee I tend to drink full throttle sugar free energy drinks and have to stock up on them when I find them. I usually can't find them anywhere.Originally Posted by Mizfit

Diet Dew! Drink about 3-6 cans a day
Unfortunately, diet soda and "sports drinks" are very bad for you. No matter how you slice it. In fact, some are almost as acidic as battery acid. High acidity means low PH. (Water is neutral at PH 7). Not only do these drinks dissolve your teeth, they deplete calcium from your skeleton. And low PH makes your mouth a lot more hospitable to germs (bad news for guys who like to go down south on some random, one-night-stand chick from the bar![]()
Anyway I googled this on the net: It's from "Stop the pop! How to reduce decay”, Northwest Dentistry, Vol 80, No 2.
CID AMOUNT Per 12 ounces
Pure water 7.00 (neutral)
Diet Coke 3.39
Gatorade 2.95
Hawaiian Punch 2.82
Coca Cola 2.53
Battery Acid 1.00
Yep you read that right! "Soft drinks" are as acidic as battery acid (Not so soft right?) So maybe next time you'll think twice before dipping your teeth in battery acid. Bottom line: Just don't drink any of this stuff.
*reaches for a diet coke

Diet Budweiser.
The soda, diet or not will still dehydrate you. For every can of soda you need to drink twice as much water. ie..20oz of soda need 40oz of water just to replace what you lost.
Do you have facts to back that up?Originally Posted by NanoGuy
