Whenever i do bench or mostly any chest exercise i always get a great pump in my triceps but i cant get it in my chest. I have tried several methods such as wider grip, put my feet on the bench. Can someone please tell me what i am donig wrong

have you ever tried a pre-exuastion routine?
I'd like to know the exercises, rep range, weight, and amount of sets for everything on chest day, post that, and I bet the answers will arise...
