    Unhappy New to work out but just found out Iam pregnant

    I would love to change my body not just for me but for my hubby too. I want to look really sexy and lean ASAP. I just had a baby 5 months ago and I was really ready to start to workout for the first time in my life the only problem is that I just found out I am pregnant again!!. I know I cant work out as hard as I want but at least I know I have around 6 more months to get mentally ready to start a new work out. Any recommendations or workout routines that I can do while pregnant to get my body ready for after baby workout. PLEASE HELP!!!

    i dont know about the working out part but it would be good if you ate many small meals a day rather than conventional three. A healthy mix of carbs, protein and fat (not hte saturated fats) should be part of your daily diet as well. A healthy diet is important to you and your child, after all

    since you are pregnant i'm assuming that you are a woman

    i think you should post in the female members forum, you may get better responses there.

    Thank you so very much for your recommendations!!! I will post it on the female forum too. I am new to this website and I did not know about the female forum. Thanks a lot and cant wait to hear more tips from you and other experience people.
