British Drag = B D... anyway, spray the butter on afterwards or before, it doesn't mess with the consistancy.. if you want fluffier rice then add a bit more water and leave it in the over for longer.. Personally I find it easy to steam on stove, takes like 20mins.

Do you think the butter would hurt? I mean the amount you guys do. I know a friend of mine who does mma training he eats like a jerk but the cardio is there you no what i mean? sorry to sound ignorant.

i use SMART BALANCE w Flax in my rice.
i dont cook it....put it on AFTER its cooked.....let it melt...does that count as cooking it?? hmmm
