Ok, I made a few posts in other sections, but now its starting to get me worried. I've been dieting fairly clean, working out 5x/week ( Mon - Chest, Tues - Back, Wed - Legs, Thur - Bi's/Tri's, Fri - Shoulders ) and doing 30 min of cardio 5x/week. I was doing my cardio after my workout, but now for the past 3 weeks been doing it first thing in morning on empty stomach.

I have been 273 lbs now for 2 months! Everyone kept saying not to judge by the scale. Well my clothes fit better, and people around me think I look better, but I think thats just psychological. There is no way someone can be burning fat and replacing every single pound burned with muscle.

So, today when I weighed myself, what do ya know, 273 lbs!

Is there a reason I am not losing weight ( AT ALL )? I am about to make a Dr appointment to get my Thyroid/Test levels checked, but I'm 99% sure they are fine!

Before you all ask to see my diet, I know how to diet, trust me, been around this board forever on my old username and learned plenty! My diet is fairly clean, PLENTY CLEAN to be losing weight!
