HCG conversion question

I am on my second week of my second PCT to bring my TEST levels back and want to make sure I am taking the HCG correctly.

I have a 10,000 iu bottle, which I mixed with 5cc's of bac water. Giving me 2000 ius per cc. I am taking 500ius 2x a week, so it will be 25 units on the insulin syringe.

Is this right?
