    help with my split

    im bulking and training abc fibers im trying to plan my split, on tuesdays and thursdays i am able to go to the gym in the morning and in the eve.
    what i have been doing so far is :

    monday: tris, tues: am.legs/pm back, Wed:chest, Thurs: am. bis pm. legs
    Friday: tris

    any critiques or advice would be much appreciated

    you should post ur full routine up ..... exerices and sets/reps
