man after i do a bi workout and squeeze my bis like 1-2 hrs after the workout they feel like they are getting stabbed with a knife or needle.....just a sharp stinging pain??? anyone else get this or know why

how many sets are you doing??? Coupld be due to over training and possibly a tendonitis
