Stats 6'2", 200lbs, 14-15% body fat, weight training for about 1 1/2 years now. previously lost 98 lb the WRONG WAY, learned my lesson after i joined the site. my objective is to go down to about 7 % body fat. type of diet im on is carb cycling.
every monday ,wednesday,friday i do cardio on an empty stomach for 1hr. then i eat, go to the gym for 45- 1hr for weight training.
every tuesday, thursday,saturday i do cardio 1.5 hrs on an empty stomach (my no carb days)!
Everynight after dinner i do an extra half an hour of cardio
Diet!!!
Monday /Friday. low carb days
cardio=1hr
meal 1= 1/2 cup of oats,1/2 banana, 1 can of tuna, 1tbs mayo
weight train
meal 2=1 cup of oats,1/2 banana, shake with 1tbs of flax and 1 tbs of natty pb.
meal 3= 1/4 cupof rice, side salad , chicken breast (4ounces),1/2 banana
meal 4= same as meal 3
meal 5= any meat,poultry,fish,veal,etc around 6-10 ounces of lean protein and veggies
30 min cardio
meal 6= shake with flax and natty pb.before bed
Cals= 2942 Carbs=227 fat gr.= 92 pro= 306
Tuesday,thursday,Saturday "no carb"
Cardio 1.5 hrs
meal 1= protein shake, with 1 tbs of flax and natty pb
meal 2=4 ounce chicken breast, small salad
meal 3=same as 2
meal 4= 6-10 ounces of any meat ,poultry,fish and veggie
30 min cardio
meal 5= protein shake with 1 tbs of flax and natty pb
cals= 1702 carbs=22 fat= 68 prot=249
wednesday/sunday high carb
Cardio 1hr
meal 1= 1 cup of oats,1/2banana,1 can tuna with 1 tbs mayo
weight train
meal 2= 1 cup of oats,1/2 banana,2 slices of wheat bread, shake with flax and natty pb
meal 3= 1/2 cup brown rice,4 ounce chicken breast, side salad, 1/2 banana
meal 4= 1 sweet potato, side salad, 1/2 banana, 4 ounce chicken breast
meal 5 = 6-10 ounces of any meat ,fish ,poultry etc. and veggies.
30 min cardio
meal 6= shake with 1 tbs of flax and 1 tbs of natty pb
cals = 3212 carbs=282 fat gr= 95 prot= 312
sundays i usually cheat i mean 1 big meal!!
should i lift on no carb days?
can i have 2 no carb days or low carb days back to back?
this diet good enough or should i go with sticky?
