How to put mass on forearms?
Reverse curls, wrist curls, don't use straps.
Pullups and lots of them. No straps on deadlifts, shrugs or lat pulldowns.
Heavy Deadlifts. then when you're done... put the weight on a squat rack and load it up. then lift it off and just hold on to it as long as you can, this is called a static hold.
