if i wasnt 300lbs i could do that!
nice video..
Gymnasts are sick, low body fat and amazing focused strength.
I used to breakdance and couldn't compete in battles anymore when this new breed of gymnast/breaker hybrid started. All the really amazing breakers you see now a days either have formal gymnastics training or are currently training in both.
I think Prada is the first guy in that video.
That's how he gets all these damn girls.
nice post
Here's a good vid of the new breed of gymnast/martial artist/ breaker practicing before they destroy any clubs dance circle.

Gymnasts have incredible strength. It usually formed from a very young age.
Alot of training goes into that. It's got to be pretty difficult.

man i brought guano apes to this dam country LOL
i swear i was the first AMERICAN listening to their music
they are strong .
its alot to do with their core muscles.
plus when your that body weight makes things easier.
but they are very strong.
I am a former gymnast myself. It takes more focus and concentration than anything in this sport.
The first guy...how the fvck is that even feasible?![]()

I'm a former competitive gymnast. I quit 8 years ago.Originally Posted by kihop

Yeah. I excelled in the rings and the uneven bars specifically. I just so happened to train at the same facility that Carly Patterson (Women's 2004 Olympic Gold metal winner) trained at. We grew up in the same town, but she was a baby when I was training there.Originally Posted by Carlos_E
I still do the rings to this day, though. My wife bought me some portable rings that I use in my home gym.
Do you mean parallel bars? Men don't do uneven bars. Only women. If you tell me you did beam to you're gonna have me worried.Originally Posted by mavsluva

My best events were floor, high bar and pommels.

I could never coach. I don't have the patient.

Yep, that's the one Mr. Chest. I cannot believe that she has chosen to jeopardize her gymnastics career for a singing career. I've seen a few clips of her singing, and lets just say that her physical ability highly out ranks her singing ability.Originally Posted by chest6
