Thread: Best Exercise for UPPER CHEST development ???

Best Exercise for UPPER CHEST development ???

I normally only do flat bench for chest as I am a competitive power lifter, but here and there I will do some incline chest presses.

It is off-season for me now, I was wondering if you could only pick one of the following below incline chest exercises, not necessarily for strength of the upper chest, but for over-all size and definition which one would you pick?

How many sets and reps should one perform to reach this goal of thickness and shape?

    Incline dumbbell press
    Incline barbell press
    Incline hammer machine press
    Incline smith machine press

    Thanks guys,

Throw in some incline dumbell flies to work on the definition, and to stretch out the pecs after intense presses.

Ensure that you rotate exercises, keep your body guessing. Do the same sets of exercises you stop growing, thats why marathon runners dont have legs like ronnie c.
