    Wanna try something different

    I wanna try out a new routine, currently im doing
    1. Chest (upper) + Tri's
    2. Back + Bi's
    3. Legs
    4. Arms + Shoulders
    5. OFF
    6. Legs + Chest (lower)
    7. OFF



    I need to hit legs and chest 2x a week, because those are my weakpoints. anyone think of a different effective routine I should try?

    personally if i have an intense leg workout there is no way my legs will be ready to train 3 days later, but everyone is different. give it a shot and let us know how it goes

    hmmmmm.....well you know me....Mr. Overtrainer so i'm not sure i should give advice

    i hate not having a shoulder day personally....i love to train shoulders.....gotta give them their own day....along with abs or calves too of course

    nah when I do shoulders, I only do 2 exercises, 3 sets. thats it, my shoulders are horrrible

    yes well......i do like 20 sets at least 4 exercises

    no, i use to give shoulders their own day, 4-5 exercises, 3-4 sets each, but i was overtraining so terribly, and ever since i've been doing less, i've been gaining more

    I couldnt do Back day after leg day..but i guess theres really no other option with all the 2x a week stuff

    yeah ever since i've been hitting legs 2x a week, they have been blowing up
