I am going to put together a home gym for use 1/2 the time with the other 1/2 being at the local gym. I do mostly heavy stuff at the gym deadlifts, squats bench etc. My idea is:
Power Rack
flat bench with incline ability
12 45s
6 25
6 10s
2 bars
calf raise
lat pull/tricep extension
what else. Thanks.
