    Question Blast lateral tricep head?

    What's your best proven winner to isolate the lateral head (outside) of the tricep. Trying to really make that sucker stand out...if possible.
    I do skulls, 1 arm, cross body laying extensions, and CGBP. I use free weights and don't have any "pull down" attachments...that could be the problem.
    Going hard and heavy. 5X5's. What else can I try ?

    try doing some dips with a weight belt and weight plates or reverse grip bench press...they seem to be working for me....after i do all my chest and tri excercises on the day, i'll do dips...start off with 10-12 with no weight, 8 with a 25lb plate, 6 with a 35 and then 4-6 with a 45 plate

    i like rope pressdowns. i keep my wrists together and act like i'm pouring water out of some closely held together jugs. almost having my knuckles touch. thats how close.

    Mostly genetics, muscular size of the tricep and Bodyfat will determine how well you will see a muscle and it's shape, not isolating it.

    was wondering what a good exercise was to isolate inner triceps
