What's your best proven winner to isolate the lateral head (outside) of the tricep. Trying to really make that sucker stand out...if possible.
I do skulls, 1 arm, cross body laying extensions, and CGBP. I use free weights and don't have any "pull down" attachments...that could be the problem.
Going hard and heavy. 5X5's. What else can I try ?
