Currently i train each muscle group once every 4-5 days (while bulking, cause i recover a lot faster). Wondering what you guys think about this new training split i'm gona do for 4-6 weeks while i "prime"/slim down my waist line. basically its 2 days off 1 day off and training each body part once every 6 days. i'll also be incorparating cardio..
Mon: am: cardio pm: chest/tris/calves/upper abs
Tue: Back/bis/lower abs
Weds: Off
Thurs: Quads/hams/glutes, upper abs, forearms
Fri: Shoulders, calves, cardio
Sat: off
Sun: am: cardio pm: Repeat, start over with chest etc....
