Hurt my lower back- please help!

I was doing a 1rm on the deadlift (conventional style). I had the weight around my knees and I went to pull my back and straighten it up and something felt like it popped in my lower back and I just fell to the floor in alot of pain. I went to the hospital cause I could barely walk and they did an x-ray and said my spine looked good. It's been 4 days and if I try to bend over it hurts real bad and if I sit still for a while and try to get up it is bad. It hurts right above the top of my butt! What do you guys think it is and how long will I be away from the gym. THanks

I've been hurt so bad I thought I'd never walk again. Went to Ciro
and he put it back in place and I was a new man.
