    Too much for a first timer?

    I have recently hit a wall and cannot seem to get pass it using just creatine and whey protein. I have been working out five days a week since high school consistently for 3 years now. I try to work out 6 times considering my workouts but that usually doesnt happen due to the fact it's Saturday.

    Stats:
    21 years old
    6' tall
    192 lbs
    ~13% bf

    Bests:
    Bench: 275 X4
    Squat: 365 X2
    Deadlift: 385X1


    This is my first time ever even considering taking steriods. All that I know about them is what I've read on here and other sites the last week. I do need to worry about piss tests due to my work so I cant take Deca which stays in my system for over a year. I only get tested once a year though and I was tested a month ago. From what I've read I think a 12 week cycle of TestE @ 400 mg/wk stacked with EQ seems like the best fit. From here I have no idea where to go. I dont know where to go from here or what dose to use for EQ. I have no idea if I need to worry about a PTC or what to do if I need one. I have unlimited clean food and I only drink water. Also I want to know if I need to change my workout to maxamize the bang for my buck. Also is there any pros or cons going injections 1 time a week vs 2 a week?

    Bench 4X10
    Decline Bar 4X10 super set w/ Decline Dumbell 4X10
    Incline Bar 4X10 super set w/ Incline Dumbell 4X10
    Skull crushers 4X10 super set w/ pull downs 4X10
    Tricep kick outs 4X10 super set w/ over head tri press 4X10

    Back Bi
    Lat pull 4X10
    Rows 4X10
    Bent over rows 4X10
    Straight bar curl 4X10
    Dumbell curl 4X10 super set w/ Hammer curls 4X10
    Curly bar 4X10 super set w/ Incline curls 4X10

    Legs/shoulders
    Squats 4X10
    Deadlift 4X5
    Straight leg deadlift 4X10
    Military press bar 4X10
    Military press dumbell 4X10
    Fly 4X10
    Shrugs 4X10
    Rows 4X10


    each work out two times a week.


    I realize that I will probably have to stop supersetting and dropping reps to 10,8,6,4 to get more gains in strength and size. Any help in any areas would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time and consideration.

    Hey bro...Now lets start with your nutrition ...thats where everyone seems to fall short and thinks they cant grow and need AAS...Which by the way you need to do a bit more research on(not a flame bro...just more info for you)...As far as your training ...it looks ok...I would separate your shoulders on a different day.

    ditto, but if you must, just do Test @ 500 mg/week for 12 weeks and proper PCT.
    read the diet sticky as well.

    You are alittle on the young side, but to answer your question I would not include EQ for a first cycle. I love low dose cycles. I'd start with 250-500mgs of test weekly for 10 weeks. Then if everything is going well, and you wanted to extend it to 12 weeks, the go ahead.

    I'd hold off alittle while longer on the aas, and continue taking advantage of your already naturally high test levels.

    Thank you all for your timely response. My diet I consider to be pretty healthy. Every morning I have a 3 egg omlet with OJ and oatmeal. For lunch I have different variations of chicken rice beans and other vegetables. Dinner is usually up in the air everyday but more often than not it's a 12" from subway. My favorite is Italian BMT. And before I go to bed I make a nice frozen fruit and protein shake to take care of my midnight cravings.

    This cycle will wait till sometime in early spring but my funds are limited and need to start saving now and finish my research soon to find out how much I need to be putting away every month. I know you guys are experts but I have waited till now. I'm sorry to do this because you guys know your shit. And this was a tough wait because I would watch my my sixteen year old buddies back when i was in high school juicing and taking all the starting positions on the football team.

    Thanks again and I will continue my research for many more weeks. I don't have to worry about the drug test unless they have reason to believe im juicing but just in case how long does TestE this stay in your system?

    you are young... workouts look pretty good, only water is a good idea... up the calories and double the protien ( seriously double the protien )...

    If you really feel you want to do a cycle dont use any EQ just test...

    and my suggestion would be this... test prop say 50-75mg a day for 6 weeks the 30 days of 100mg of clomid before bed and 20mg of nolva in the morning...

    then dont touch anything else for at least a year...

    long acting test may take 4 weeks for you to even see any effects and takes longer to get out of your system... 6 weeks of prop will still supress your natural test but for less time and recovery/pct should be pretty smooth.

    but if you double your protien for 6 months to a year and up your calories you will get alot closer to your genetic max potential and be better off when you finally do juice...

    Go to the diet forum - it looks like yours sucks big time ( 3 meals a day / 3 egg omlette for breakfast etc - not good )

    get that sorted & you'll definately grow some more, then when you hit your next wall you'll be ready for AAS
