hi guys/gals.
Im John from Sydney australia,just thought i would say quick hello and give a few details of myself and my goals.
Well at the moment im 29 187cm(6'-1") 106kgs(233pd)
body fat is way up there(not fat to look at but there is luv handles there)
diet at the moment is good but only been on it for three months,befor that it was terrible.
I train 4 mornings a week at the moment(5:00am empty stomach)doing gym with trainer.Have not worked out much in last three years but used to workout very hard for 4 years beforhand.
looking foward to chatting with you guys and sharing with you my progress along the way.
