whats up fellas. still in the quest to get big. my diet isn't bad but it isn't good either. i've just been eating 6-7times a day till i get full. my meals consist solely of protein and carbs ( chicken, steak, or ground beef, with pasta, or rice). i was told that for my percentages of macros i should do 30protein 50 carbs 20 fats. i'm trying to bulk with as little fat gain as possible. is this what i should be taking in.
