    macro percentages

    whats up fellas. still in the quest to get big. my diet isn't bad but it isn't good either. i've just been eating 6-7times a day till i get full. my meals consist solely of protein and carbs ( chicken, steak, or ground beef, with pasta, or rice). i was told that for my percentages of macros i should do 30protein 50 carbs 20 fats. i'm trying to bulk with as little fat gain as possible. is this what i should be taking in.

    list your diet bro (macros for each meal and final macros for the day).

    my diet is
    breakfast
    2 eggs 4 egg whites, 1 cup cheerios
    mid morning
    mrp containing 40g protein 20g carbs 4g fat
    lunch
    2 chicken breasts, 1.5cups brown rice
    preworkout
    same as midmorning
    postworkout
    same as mid morning
    dinner
    ny strip steak 10 oz, 2 cups pasta
    bedtime
    same as mid morning

    don't know macros for each though

    you guys think my diet is alright or should i start to eat more whole food meals

    check the bulking stickies....many would sum your diet up as "bad."

    Cheerios? Why don't you just eat a fvckin brownie for breakfast. Dude there's a lot of sugar in milk and the cereal is shit! Stick to oats (rolled oats) never eat processed, shit unless it's a cheat day.
