they're the worst at night. If your watching something like the news, it's absolutely terrible during the commercial break. I keep seeing commercials for IHOP, this new ****ing Lasagnia pizza from Pizza Hut, among other shit. I really want IHOP and Lasagnia pizza right now, damnit 3 more days to go!!!

How many cals you taking in right now?
I found if my cals/carbs are really low (less than 2500 cals and less than 200 carbs) I crave anything....even chocolate and I don't like chocolate much!
