My goal is to add on some lean mass. I'm an ecto and have always been lean (~8% bf). Anyway, I'm not to worried about adding fat with my bulking diet. My question is, as far as gaining muscle goes, is there any advantage to doing a few days of cardio? I remember when I played fball, our coach told us light cardio would help our muscles recover after a game. I was wondering if it was the same with lifting. Aside from the health benefits and fat loss, would cardio benefit in adding lean mass?
