    too much shoulders

When i think about lifting i think of hitting each muscle within the muscle. Example when i do shoulders today this is what i planned before i went to the gym:
    Side delts
    1)cable side lat raise
    2)cable upright row

    front
    1)DB press
    2) behind neck smith press

    rear
    1)laying rev DB lat reaise
    2)lever rev press

Now i normally do at least 3 sets maybe 4 for the ones i like, ex cable lat raise.

Now if i add this all up
6x3 would be a total of 18 sets for the shoulders. Think this is overkill ? It feels good. I guess everyone is different. I am on cycle now so recover is pretty decent. Just wanted options. Thanks guys.

It wouldnt be overkill for me if I did a few of the exercises using light weight, but I wouldnt do all of those heavy

I normally try and go heavy on everything.

I don't go super heavy on the behind my back presses for safety.
