    my split critique pl0x

    hey guys im 23 years old 6'0'' tall at about 205 lbs at roughly 15%

    mind you that i start 500mgs/week test enan 400mgs/week deca 40mgs a day dbol letro, and then nolva clomid for pct...

    please critique my split

    Day 1: chest and cardio in am
    flat bench press 1st set warm up 15 reps
    2nd and 3rd heavy worksets 8 reps approx
    immediately after 3rd set drop 30% and burn out
    (i dont know if strip setting is they right way to go about it while on cycle so please help)
    Incline bench same routine
    Decline same
    flies, and then lots of cable crossovers

    Day 2: Back
    Pullups 3x15
    Pulldowns
    1st set warmup 15 reps
    then 3x8
    Tbar rows
    1x10 then
    3x8
    iso lateral pulldowns 1x10 then 3x8
    dead lifts
    3x8

    Day 3: legs and cardio in am
    squats 1x12-15 then 3x8
    leg press 3x8
    quad extentions 3x8
    hamgstring curls 3x8
    standing calf raises 4x15-20
    hack squats 3x8

    Day 4: shoulders
    barbell front presses 3x8
    dumbell military presses 3x8
    shrugs 3x10
    front delt raises 3x10
    side delt lateral raises 3x10
    rear delts 3x10

    Day 5: Arms and cardio in am
    Bi's
    standing str8 bar curls 3x8
    seated incline curls 3x10
    one armed preacher curls 3x8-10
    reverse curls 3x8-10
    hammers 3x10 with burnout on last set
    tri's
    weighted dips 3x10
    nose breakers 3x10
    tri pushdowns 3x10
    tricep rope 3x10

    Day 6: weak point training
    for me its calfs and abs

    Day 7 off

    please critiqu hard i want to get the most gains considering the compounds im running... any and all help would be appreciated, different exercises or different split suggestions encouraged.

    i have always been a big believer in going to failure and i do the same thing as you with dropping weight on the last set of a lot of exercises. however the higher your intensity is the shorter your workout should be. as you learn to train with more intensity you will need to cut back on the volume.

    i would give this workout a shot, but if you start to feel like you are overtraining cut back on some sets and exercises. some signs of overtraining are feeling tired all the time, not getting good pumps in the gym, getting weaker, instead of feeling strong and athletic you feel run down all the time.

    awsome thanks bro, ya i dont kno if HIT is right for me though, nevr really focused it down enough to a real HIT workout... any other input guys?
