looks pretty solid to me, only thing you may wanna do is every other week reverse the order you do deadlifts and T-bar rows, that way your more fresh on one and you can go heavier, I find this works for me well. But other than that, great program, simple and not too excessive, good luck!!
i like to do the close grip pull down and one handed dumbbell rows...

looks good, one thing you could do is occasionally replace the deads or t-bar's with bent barbell rows. also for a variety, every once and a while switch pullups for the pulldowns.
