    Lifting in the Morning

    I'm usually up at about 5:30 take nitrix and noxplode then head to the gym and start lifting at like 6:00. Nitrix and noxplode have to be taken on an empty stomach, so I go to the gym on an empty stomach. I finish at 7:00 then i come home and eat BIG then go to school. I know it probally makes more sence to eat before the gym. When using those two supplements does it matter. Because I simply don't have time to eat then let it settle then take supplements then go to the gym. Id have to be up way too early. What do you guys figure?

    i took those product and did the samething you did but then said fvck it and had a meal before i left and had the same results
    it your choice

    I've always heard the before meal is just as important as the pwo...I would always eat something first jmo....

    I would definitely eat at least 4 pieces of white bread to have some sort of simple sugar in your system to spike up your insulin level. You would also have more energy.

    I say eat a l pro carb meal...A shake and oats would be great about a half an hour before or so...

    know i eat a meal befor i workout i get more energy which = better workout

    I can see how eating a heavy carbs and moderate protein before lifting can be beneficial, but another thing I forgot to say was. Noxplode really wakes me up and gets me pumped to go. If i were to wake up at 5:30 and eat bread, I would probally just fall asleep. I would like to do both, but taking those supplements on an empty stomach diminishes its effects.
