Leg press hurts but Squats dont? Thats wierd.

change your foot position when u do leg press - try going really wide or really narrow, or really high or really low. Maybe take some joint formula too.
Leg extensions are important IMO for quad growth so I wouldn't leave those out

Squats are the best so yes.
if u do powerlifter style squats then i would definetly fallow up w/ extensions and call it a day
if u go bb style where u get the varying stnaces and krap then sure wat ever
either way squats are pretty much only leg thing i do
