ok I know most of the time on this forum people are supposed to write their own routine and have it critiqued...
So I apologize...
Im writing this in concern for my father.... he is 60 years old, about 20lbs over weight
hes 5'9 180lbs
he has high cholesterol and blood pressure by genetics which he is on medication for
Im not necessarily asking for a routine, but maybe a step in the direction of how i could put one together, I just want to get one together for him that can get him back in shape and maybe help some of his health concerns
