    Hello everyone

    Been back and forth from this site for awhile now, and finally decided to sign up, great site with a lot of info, i recently just finished my first bbuilding comp its been a week since.. and i have already put on 10 kilos lol i feel like the marshmellow man oh yer an im a Aussie now excuse me while i go eat my cheesecake

    anyways welcome bro!! How did you do in the comp?
    placed 1st there was only 3 other people in the class though, so not exactly a huge line up but it was my first and certainly not my last comp it was a great experience, im just waiting for the dvd and pictures at the moment ill post em on this, i competed at 208 pounds
