whats up all. hope the quest to get big is going well. i'm wanting to change my training split. this is what i have been doing. it's a three day split.
monday
legs/abs
wednesday
chest/shoulders/tris
friday
back/bis/forearms
haven't been doing any cardio but i'm lookin like i need to start. my stats are age 19 6'3" 220 bf%? been training for 10 months straight( 4 years off and on before that)
i'm thinking about a four day split lookin like this.

tuesday
back/bi's
thursday
legs/abs
friday
shoulders/forearms
thats what i'm looking at trying. just wanted to see what you guys think. i'm open for changes if you guys have suggestions. also how many sessions and how long and when should i do cardio if i want to stay as lean as possible but still put on mass
