Back from injuries - need some help to start

Hello bros, doubt anyone remember me, but I was here alot some year ago. I was working out hard, had worked out for 4 years. I also was in my second cycle, and all went really good. But then I messed up my back, bad. I havent been able to work out for one whole year. But now my doctor says I`m fit for what ever I want to do again. Basicly I`m back to were I was prior to my injury.
Of course I have lost alot of musclemass (about 15kg to estimate) and my body is of course not used to work out no more (tough I have been working with heavy stuff all year so I`m not a fat unfit guy either.

    Age, Bodyweight/fat:
21 years old, weight aroun 78kg. Not sure about fat, but I have gained a little beerball where the 6pack used to be

    Training Experience:
2 years of american football, and 3 years after this only lifting weights. I am no newbie, but no pro either.

    Goals:
Mainly size, but also strength. And also, this time I am planning to get most of the way with no "gear" for atleast some years. I`m aware there is still enough testo in my body to build noticeble gains, and I plan to use it to the max

    Existing/Previous Injuries:
To much workout(overtrained) one year ago, also my back "collapsed".

    Ergogenic Aids:
Im thinking normal carbs/prots supplements. After 2-3 months I will start on creatine for a while, then I am going to add L-taurine (heard good things about this stuff). And of course the normal vitamin supplements.

Now to the real question, I cant remember what I did when I started working out years ago, but I do know this; I need a good plan, something that will fire my body up gradualy and prepare it for regular workouts. I do not wish for any mistakes in the start, and that is why I ask here.

To be honest I am all blank at the moment, and I am open for any tips I can get on where to start. Tough I do bellive the best thing to do is to start with the big basic moves.

Please help me out here, I am not asking for a complete workout/diet plan here, but more a push in the general direction of where to start off now
Also please just give me a poke if you like more information

Start off with total body workouts, then as you strengthen and become more endured, start grouping bodyparts and increase your volume. . . I wouldn't take too much advice off here, as no one knows your condition and what is recommended could be detrimental to your health!

Well, there is nothing wrong with me now.
Im just a normal guy who used to work out but now has to start from 0 again.

But I will go for a total body program, and after maby 6 weeks or so I will try more grouping.''

    Thanks for the advice
