I was hoping to get some advice on calisthenics. I dont have enough time to go to the gym because of school and work so I wanted to know if just pushups pullups and backarm presses on a chair are enough to get my body hard and defined... I am 6'0 180lbs.... I took winstrol tes e and deca 2 years ago on two seperate cycles and got huge...I think i am building up alot faster because of the past steroid use. I am currently on a diet of just meat veges... is the calisthenics and diet enough to get the results I want or do I have to go to the gym. any input would be great...also if you know of a good calisthenics post or website with a good calisthenics workout plan
