What do you do when you can't sleep?

What type of tricks do you have that help you sleep? Do you take meds? Or drink a warm glass of milk? Count sheep? ect.

Just wondering what everyone does when they can't sleep?

I used to sleep 3-4 hours everynight. I have to try real hard to get 6-8 hours. Nothing really helps me. I just lay in bed for about an hour until I finally fall asleep.

    I don't know. Sadly.

I've got some more pictures of her but they're not suitable for AR, if you know what I mean!

Watch this guy's videos and I guarantee it will cure anybody's insomnia. It's pretty amazing.

He has 27 videos uploaded at the time of this post. One time I was watching one and fell asleep in my chair and woke up with a stiff neck since my head wasn't supported (sitting at computer)

Benadryl. I usually have a difficult time sleeping, but haven't had much of a problem the last few months. The worst is having a lot of shit on your mind, that keeps me up thinkin for hours. I also avoid caffeine around 9 hrs or so before bed

He's a little famous and started posting videos of himself in August. People were infatuated that even a 79 year old geezer post videos on youtube.
