    supplements/meds can they mix

    big gay AL here,
    i have to take a multi v,anti e,carnitine,vit c, anabol x, fat burners, asthma med,and allergy med. how can i take all this shit without mixing it together?
    I look fabulous but come on already when am i going to take this stuff?

    Sounds like me with regards to all the pills (not the gay bit). Get some advice from pharmacist before you get polypharmacy.

    Best to check with your pharmasist. There are certain asthma meds that will clash with hormonal suppliments.

    Vitamins and creatine will not effect it, but anything hormonal or even a thermo could trigger a side-effect or clash severly with with asthma meds.
