My friend, he wants to do a cycle.

My buddy asked me to post his picture, he's wanting to do a cycle even though I'm pleading him not to, because it's way to early. He won't listen though he's hard headed like that.

Newayz he's 6", 245 lbs, 20% bf and he's been lifting seriously for almost a year.

Can you guys recommend any cycles for this guy? because i know he'll do whatever he can get his hands on, maybe if you guys can help him in some way or another.

I can't recommend anything partly because I haven't done a cycle yet, but how old is he? Can't expect everyone to reply to your thread...some people just browse.

He looks kinda massive already. Whatever he is doing it looks like it is working. A good 2 mass cycles and he would be huge. His body looks almost ready for it, but he is kinda young, and you said he has only been training for 1 year seriously. There are so many different cycles, I dunno what to say. Use the search engine(no offense) and research.

You need to have a better picture with his shirt off. You cant really tell his size.

If he has only been training for one year, he has tons of potential to grow without doing any cycles. His body is just getting started. I would atleast wait another two years worth of natural training, to see how far he can go.
