    $2000- $4000 . sometime innsurance may help pay for some of it if the Dr. says the patient has a deviated septum,but it wont cover the majority of it. what state are you located?that makes a difference too

    i do know this. alot of surgeries are cheaper if you get the work done in canada. when the lasik eye surgery was about $4000 in the USA, i new friends i went to school with who got both eyes done in canada for $1000, and there eye sight was as good as mine that was done in the states, but also the canadian dollar used to be worth a little less than the US dollar, now they are about the same.even with that, it still would be cheaper in canada,since it is socialized medicine,and if you are willing to pay them with cash
