    Buddy made a weird statement about WO while on Cycle

    We were talking and he mentioned while cycling its a good idea to do a 6 day on/1 day off workout routine or even everyday of the week.

    He told me he would even do a muscle group twice a week (ie. Chest heavy on monday and light on thursday/friday).

    Can this be true?

    it is way to ooooo easy to overtrain while on steroids... that becomes the issue..

    if training and diet are in order.. rest is the next most important item in building muscle..

    remember we build muscle while at rest.. not at the gym..

    the heavy, light scenerio you describe is basically Dual Factor Training. It's what most of the strength athletes in the world use..I personally train EOD and it works for me.
