if one was to have a seizure with powder (100g) wouldnt the consequences be alot greater? its definately more than enough for "intent to sell". would the gov hunt you down? or is it just like any seizure? (sent letter, don reply, drop case?)
thanks

less than that would qualify ofr intent to sell probly.
I would imagine for a large amount like that they would be more inclined for a controlled delivery, but who knows. I've read that people seem to have more success with several smaller orders throughout the year than one bulk order.
Bulk and smaller coming from China... both have had problems recently.
1. Are you sure it was seized, or is it just delayed. Recently had a package delayed for 3 days In LA, but no problems.
2. If it has been seized, don't let them execute a Controlled Delivery to you.
3. There is a lawyer you can consult w/ for advice, I can give you his number if you'd like.
Stay safe!

What do you mean don't let then do a controlled delivery? How do you stop it?
Sorry AL,
I would never be home. Period. Take vacation, go somewhere, stay at a friends or family for a month.
CD is contingent upon you accepting the delivery.
Don't accept, and there is no delivery.
That’s just bad regardless.
lhow would you know its a contrlled delivery? what if it is just the normal delivery and you refused it? haha that would be funny, you hiding from your package.Originally Posted by napoleon
100g isn't considered a lot and you'll most likely receive a letter.
Just refuse the package if it comes and have a clean house.. simple.
I think u guys over react a little. They will most likely not "hunt u down" lol. This isn't "Enemy of the State" , gov'ts have better things to do than to worry about one of a billion letters than enter the US everyday.
