i have been reading up about z-tracking. i have a couple of questions.
when u pull tthe skin to the side... and push the needle in, do u let go of the skin while the needle is still in? will this not push the needle to an angle?

No. Pull the skin, hold it, shoot, let go.![]()
ohhh...ok... so i have to aspirate with one hand. which means i have to let the syringe hang in my quad... doesnt sound too good!
I let it sit there for a while after I shoot just to make sure everythings in...Im not holding on to it either...course I dont ztrack. Everyone does it a little different
I aspirate with one hand, it's not hard...
Ztracking is a sure fire way of not leaking anything..
i hate letting the syringe hang... especially in my quad. i like to have both hands on the syringe when aspirating otherwise i tend to pull the needle half out sometimes. i'll try and give this a go.
