    well here comes a new one! space.ghost

    Well I'm a Full-time State Militia Type...Southern raised but working out west mostly these days. I've been checking out the postings for a while and decided I would join the party.     Well, I forget sometimes... my status
    been doing AD Military PT for 4 years and about demolished my shoulders from way to many push-ups! Worked through that over the last year through research and guidance on Shoulder workouts. Not a big fan of the APFT and the doctrine behind it. I wrestled in college 4 years ago at 181lbs
    well now, I'm 25, All natural, trying to bullk, 5'10 and 205-208lbs right now. Been high proteining my diet (Chicken Breast, Tuna, Eggs Etc...) and staying away from simple carbs but still enjoying complex types. Taking a GNC Multi-vit, Gluta, WHEY protein shake 3/day.
    Been working hard and heavy for over a year... well now you all know more.
